After Philippians 4
Lord, I am afraid, and I will not pretend otherwise. I bring you this knot in my chest and the story I am telling myself about tomorrow. Your Word says to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, to let my requests be made known. So I name them now. Guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and let your peace — not my control — stand watch tonight. Amen.
